Now on its 4th schedule, we again partnered with Philippine Red Cross Quezon City chapter to invite our community, partners and end-users to participate in our blood donation activity, where selfless act can make a life-saving impact. By donating blood, have the power to save lives and make a difference in our community.

 VENUE: Imprint Cafe - 322b Marilaque Highway, Antipolo City

- AGE: 16-17 yrs old (may donate provided with parent/guardian’s consent)
- AGE: 18-60 yrs old (61-65 y/o may donate as long as already a regular donor)
- WEIGHT: at least 110lbs or 50kgs.
- Generally in good condition.
- Have enough rest and sleep.
- Don’t drink alcohol 24hrs prior donating blood.
- No medication intake at least 24 hours.
- Make sure you have eaten, but avoid fatty food.
- Drink plenty fluids, like water or juice.
